Robyn loves helping people illuminate and align with their purpose to live their most fulfilling and meaningful lives. She share learnings and techniques curated from 20 years experience as a social entrepreneur, corporate roles at Lululemon, PepsiCo, & Coca-Cola and extensive coaching & mindfulness studies. She integrates mind, body and spiritual practices to empower others to expand and evolve. Robyn creates space for authentic connections to flourish with the belief that we grow further together.
Monica Urick
Founder of Monkei Miles & Inspired Gatherings, & Motherhood Collaborative.
Monica is the ultimate community builder and creator of nurturing environments for women to share and grow together. Over the years she has been a lead visionary and organizer of many community groups and powerful movements empowering women, especially mothers. She hosts a variety of events that elevate and connect inspiring women with each other. She is known for creating a safe inspiring spaces for women to be seen, heard, and supported.
Holistic Health Expert & Chef
Amy Fernandez
Amy Is a certified holistic health coach-graduate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her specialty is plant forward cuisine. In addition, she also runs a food education program at a San Francisco school, There she cooks vegetarian meals for 150 children and staff, as well as cooking lessons for kids and parent education workshops. Amy will prepare all meals, specialty drinks, and snacks for the retreat.

Health & Safety Protocols
Our goal is to create a safe and healthy space for all to feel comfortable to enjoy the many benefits of the retreat. We acknowledge that the pandemic circumstances and regulations continue to evolve. Gathering safely is our top priority. We commit to transparent communication leading up to the retreat and to align with CDC safe gathering and travel protocols. We kindly request that everyone provide a negative test result prior to attending the retreat. A full refund will be offered including deposit should we need to postpone or cancel the retreat.
