I host both public workshop and customize private workshops.  My public workshops are open to anyone looking to expand and connect to living in the present moment and deeper purpose. 

I customize workshops for companies that want to encourage team building, self development, and collaboration.  I work with start-ups, fortune 500 companies, and non-profits.  My vision is to align with organizational goals, create space for everyone to be seen and heard, and cultivate compassion and connection within the team.

I elevate individuals and teams through retreats, mindfulness classes, and spiritual ceremonies.  I speak and facilitate often as co-founder of the Sunset Women's Collective, a Mentor-In-Residence for the U of A Entrepreneurship Center and my activities on two boards.
