Pause for Purpose

Writer: Robyn TosickRobyn Tosick

Are you living a segmented life? Are you constantly juggling tasks and shifting gears from one thing to the next while hours, days, and years go by? Do you often there must be something more? You are not alone.

I've totally been there. I spent years overworking myself in a career I wasn't passionate about, pushing for achievements that didn't truly elevate my happiness, and only being partially present for the ones I truly cared about. I was drowning in stress and grasping for a more purposeful and peaceful lifestyle. I was craving change.

One day I had enough and pushed the pause button: I quit my job, rented out my house, and spent a year soul searching and adventuring the world. Along the journey, I discovered my path to purpose and have never looked back.
